Written grant with attribution required, recorded in the project's source policy. No licence fee is recorded. The original grant document is not present in this site repository; the coordinator must preserve that primary evidence. Records: BestParkDay/CLAUDE.md and 2026-10-bpd-waitcurves/README.md.

Universal waits: Universal public wait-time feed.

Universal wait times are measured from Universal’s public wait-time feed. This is not a claim that Universal granted a licence.

Maps in the planner

Preserve attribution on maps and exported map data, and comply with ODbL terms for database redistribution. No paid map service is used.

OpenFreeMap provides free public map hosting. The planner owns map rendering and export attribution.

Fonts and artwork

The marketing site self-hosts Bricolage Grotesque, Manrope and JetBrains Mono under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Font files are served from the same origin; no Google font service or API is called, and no web-font subscription is used. Preserve the copyright notices and licence when redistributing. The site uses product screenshots captured from the built Best Park Day app. No external stock images are used.

Marketing font licences: Bricolage Grotesque OFL 1.1, Manrope OFL 1.1 and JetBrains Mono OFL 1.1.

The planner bundles unmodified Instrument Sans and Bricolage Grotesque under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, at no licence fee. Fonts are served from the same origin; no Google font service or API is called. Source receipt: 2026-10-bpd-web/public/fonts/SOURCES.md. Preserve the copyright notices and licence when redistributing.

Font licences: Instrument Sans OFL 1.1 and Bricolage Grotesque OFL 1.1.

Costs and excluded sources

Google Maps, Places, Directions and paid Google APIs are not used. Sources without a grant or explicit publication decision remain excluded from public data.
